Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy covers purchases made on this website only. If you subscribed inside the ClubCall app through the Apple App Store instead, that purchase is handled by Apple under their refund process, and we cannot refund it — contact Apple directly.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time, for any reason, using the subscription-management link in the receipt Paddle emails you after each payment. You can also email support+golfgps@llabs.top from the address you bought with.
Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Refunds
We refund your first payment in full if you ask within 30 days of the charge and have not yet unlocked your purchase in the app.
This money-back guarantee has four conditions:
- First payment only. It covers the first payment for a subscription, including an introductory price. Renewal payments are not refunded (see Renewals below).
- Not once you have unlocked it. Your purchase is delivered when you unlock it in the ClubCall app with the link this site gives you after payment. From then on you have received what you paid for, and the payment is not refundable.
- One refund per person. If you have had a refund under this guarantee before, a later purchase by the same person, email address or payment method is not covered.
- Within the window. Your request has to reach us within the period above, counted from the date of the charge.

Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record for the purchase, back to the payment method you used. Paddle typically returns the money within 3–5 business days of approval, though your bank may take longer to show it.
A refund ends your access to the paid features straight away.
Renewals
A subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel it. Renewal payments are not covered by the money-back guarantee and are not refunded, whether or not you used the app during that period. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a payment that has already been taken.
Help with the app
A subscription bought here is used through the ClubCall app. If you have trouble installing the app or unlocking your purchase in it, email support+golfgps@llabs.top and we will help you set it up. Until you have unlocked it, the money-back guarantee above still applies.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Consumers in the EU and the UK can have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. How that right applies to a purchase made here is set out in Paddle's buyer terms, and Paddle handles any withdrawal.
